The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at Class Through Glass. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General
To place an order for photos, you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the items, subject to these terms and conditions.

Description of Goods
A preview of your photos is available at http://ctg.lira.ca/gallery/main.php. Photos can be edited to your specifications prior to purchase. This can be a time consuming project and thus extra fees may apply depending on the changes requested.

Accuracy of Product Information
All photos have been taken by Class Through Glass. The presentation of these photos, as viewed on this site, is 100% accurate, however we are not responsible for the look of different browsers. All information contained within this site is accurate at time of printing. Please note that all photos are of sharper quality than the lower resolution photos found within this site.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the photos will be debited from your account at the time you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Taxes are payable on all goods. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable, if necessary, at the time of order confirmation.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing information from our suppliers or increase in taxes, we shall take immediate steps to correct the error and inform you of the change.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your payment has been properly received. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept cheques.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added, if necessary, to the price of the photo package. Please call us at 509-218-6001 for information if delivery is required.

Photo Preparation Dates
We will endeavor to prepare your photos within the times stated. If you request background adjustments, extensive photo-finishing or other corrections, we will provide a new date for pickup. Please note that some circumstances are beyond our control. Any dates we specify for the photo printing are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the these photos.

Risk
As soon as we have provided your photos, we are no longer responsible for them.

Product Guarantees
All photos are guaranteed in their quality, in as much as we are able to control the outcome of the photos. If you discover upon receipt that you do not like the look of the photos, we will not be held responsible for the following:

Apparel
We provide clothing guidelines prior to your sitting. All clothing choices are strictly your own and we cannot be held responsible if our guidelines are not followed.

Setting
We provide setting guidelines prior to your sitting. We cannot be held responsible if the setting of your choice did not present as you had imagined. We can, however, offer digital background alterations prior to purchase.


Order Changes and Fees

Preview of photos
Please endeavor to preview your photos prior to purchase. If you have concerns or comments with regards to your photos, please address those concerns with us prior to your photo printing.

Fees and incursions
Fees for sittings will be paid prior to photo preview and printing. If you are not fully satisfied with your photo preview, please address those concerns with us prior to your photo printing.

Cancellations
In the event that you choose not to purchase a photo package, all fees thus paid will be non-refundable.

The Humanity Clause
We will, if possible, endeavor to correct any unhappiness you may have with your photo preview. We cannot, however, provide extreme measures in some cases. If a new sitting is required to correct the problem, that sitting may be at a reduced rate depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to request full fee for a new sitting, no matter the circumstances, if one is required.
